Do DuraPegs provide a guarantee on their Stainless Steel Pegs?

Yes! DuraPegs provides a Lifetime Guarantee on our pegs when used in normal domestic conditions. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers rust and damage from normal use. If you somehow manage to damage a peg simply send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge.

Will the pegs rust?

DuraPegs will NEVER rust. They are made from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, meaning they are the highest quality stainless steel you can buy. They can be left outside all year round and will never rust or tarnish. How cool is that??

Will the pegs get hot in the Aussie sun?

Our DuraPegs won't get too hot to touch. They can be left in the sun all summer and still be used. They may get slightly warm but the 316 stainless steel doesn't conduct heat well, therefore they will never be too hot to use.

What materials are used for packaging?

At DuraPegs we care about the environment. We are proud to say that all of our packaging is 100% plastic free. We use recycled cardboard or compostable shipping bags as an environmentally friendly option.

DuraPegs come in a handy cotton bag that can be re-used over and over again.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use Sendle or Australia Post depending on location. Sendle is our preferred courier as their deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. We also offer FREE pick up from Lakelands WA 6180.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard payments through our website or in person.
